What is Sorbet?
Sorbet, fruit, ice…all suggests a (typically) non-dairy, usually fruit-based, frozen delight. Our sorbets are made with Sea Moss, herb, vegetable or fruit, cane sugar and a minimal amount of water. No stabilizers, egg whites, or any other sugars. The result - a purity of flavor that tastes like the frozen equivalent of the flavor itself. Textures can vary depending on the flavor added.
